Currently, the industry is going through a transition period where a significant part of documents still requires manual processing efforts. However, we are confident that with our innovative solutions, we can pave the way for a future where human intervention will no longer be necessary.

We understand that there will never be one common standard for all applications, and that's why we believe that existing standards should be compatible with each other and should not be in conflict. Any inconsistencies can be easily resolved with the help of mapping and translation tools that will enable applications to communicate effectively with one another.

• Second, we provide mapping and translation interfaces to make any pair of ERP systems compatible with each other. This means that regardless of the ERP systems being used, our customers can still exchange documents seamlessly.
• Finally, we're promoting global standards as a common language for interoperability. By using common fields and data sets, we're making it possible for different applications to communicate with each other. This not only streamlines document exchange but also makes it easier for businesses to work with partners and suppliers around the world.

What is on the top of current DocStudio Initiatives?

At DocStudio, we're constantly striving to improve and innovate our services to better serve our customers. Currently, we have several initiatives that we're working on to further streamline document-related processes.

• We're working on  AI and ML tools to provide document analysis and text generation for increased accuracy and efficiency. This means that documents can be processed and analyzed quickly and accurately, without the need for human intervention.

• We're accelerating companies' ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies through our data extraction, validation, visualization, and report generation capabilities. We understand that ESG is a crucial aspect of modern business, and we want to make it as easy and efficient as possible for our customers to implement their strategies.

• We're developing blockchain technology to ensure security and provide documents notarization on the blockchain or other distributed ledger technology. This includes platforms such as Ethereum, Dash, and Hyperledger Fabric. By utilizing blockchain, we can ensure the authenticity and security of important documents, further streamlining document-related processes.

Finally DocStudio is actively promoting e-invoicing in the US to reduce manual efforts and costs for our customers, and to enable interoperability between different systems. We believe e-invoicing is a crucial step towards the growth of the business, and we're proud to support and be a part of the BPC e-invoicing initiative.
